What I Bring to Your Team
Project Management

With over 5 years of experience in digital marketing, I’ve successfully managed multiple projects, including overseeing 91 client accounts and a team of digital marketers at GrowPro Agency. I excel in coordinating campaigns, optimizing systems, and leading training efforts to enhance team performance. My background also includes managing large-scale marketing research projects, rebranding initiatives, and planning/executing high-impact events, all while maintaining clear communication and ensuring project alignment with business goals.
Public Speaking & Influence
I am confident in delivering presentations, leading discussions, and speaking to diverse audiences with clarity and impact. My experience in public speaking includes presenting marketing strategies, leading team meetings, and engaging with clients to convey complex ideas in a compelling and approachable way.
I also developed and hosted an 8-week Google Ads training course for my company’s ad account department at Grow Pro, equipping the team with the skills to manage and optimize campaigns effectively.

Leadership

From managing a 40-person organization at UT to managing a team of two digital marketers at a successful digital marketing agency, I have grown as a leader in my career, I thrive in managing teams and leveling up each individual based on their interest and strengths. By nurturing the collaborative environment and encouraging continuous learning, I’ve consistently led teams to achieve both short-term objectives and long-term business goals
Initiative
I am proactive in identifying areas for improvement and taking initiative to implement solutions. At GrowPro Agency, I took the lead in creating over 15 system and process playbooks which are step-by-step guides that allowed team members to complete their tasks more efficiently.
I provide suggestions and insights based on my experience, identifying opportunities for improvement and recommending additional strategies to further enhance our processes. By consistently taking accountability for these initiatives, I’ve been able to drive operational improvements and foster a more productive, organized work environment goals

Emotional Intelligence

I once read a book called The Minimalist Way by Erica Layne. In this book you are advised to choose 3 values that guide your life choices. Since reading this book in 2022, Authenticity, Inner Peace, and Wonder, have been the values that rule my life. And I have been happier for it. I strive to better my mindset through reading and wellness. In the beginning of this year I read the Martin Seligman trilogy that explains the concepts of learned optimism vs learned helplessness. It was a incredible book that allows me to see things from an optimistic and productive perspective (rather than being a harsh self-critic). It gives the reader tools to dealing with difficult people, find motivation when there is stagnancy or obstacles, and live an authentically happy life.
